注意了，Godaddy主機並非30天內全額退款！

上個月，Godaddy的Deluxe主機優惠40%的時候，我花了83.76美元，一次性買了2年Deluxe主機。後來發現Godaddy的主機經常抽風，在國內的訪問速度也比較慢，所以就決定退款。主機是2011年2月11日買的，2011年2月24日提交ticket申請退款，大家知道Godaddy退款是很爽快的，25日就收到了退款，但是並不是83.76美元，而只有80.24美元。並不是大家都傳說的30天全額退款。

我開始也以爲30天內可以全額退款，所以就發郵件問Godaddy，爲什麼只退給我80.24美元而不是83.76美元，不是說30天全額退款嗎？結果，Godaddy回覆的郵件：

Because more than half of the month was used, you were not refunded for the entire amount. However, as a one time courtesy, we have refunded the remaining amount back to your payment method.

翻譯過來就是：因爲已經用了半個月（實際上還不到半個月），我們不會全額退款的。但是作爲一次禮節（聽着有點彆扭，大概意思，你懂的），我們把剩餘的錢退到了你的賬戶。

雖然通過這封郵件，Godaddy把剩餘的dollar退給我了，但是顯然，Godaddy主機並非30天全額退款。我查閱了Godaddy的Legal Agreements（http://www.godaddy.com/Legal-Agreements.aspx）,裏面並沒有提到說30天全額退款。我在Godaddy論壇裏面找到了一個關於Godaddy主機退款的說明：

Our Support Team would be glad to issue a full refund on Hosting that is canceled within five days of purchase. If it’s beyond the five days, the refund will be prorated.

所以，挑主機在這裏提醒大家，Godaddy主機並非是網上誤傳的30天全額退款，而是5天全額退款。當然，如果你在5天外30天內想退款，只要你好好跟Godaddy好好溝通，還是可以獲得全額退款的。
