Justhost是美國主機市場上的一匹黑馬，在站長中的口碑還不錯，短短几年時間搶走了不少的市場份額。挑主機在以前使用過Justhost一段時間，前幾天又準備買2年的Justhost主機玩玩，2年118.80美元，結果付款成功後發現，我的賬戶“中獎了”，被抽中要求電話驗證。
意思就是說，我的賬戶需要電話驗證。填寫你的電話，然後點擊“Please Call”，你會收到系統自動打來的電話，告訴你4位數字的PIN碼，把PIN碼填入下面的方框中，完成訂單。
記得以前購買Justhost沒有這麼麻煩，付款後很快就可以收到Justhost郵件發來的賬戶信息。
等了一會兒還沒有接到電話，就問他們在線客服，他們說需要等2~3小時。等了大概不到1小時，收到了他們的郵件：
We require some further verification regarding your order due to our increased security measures on our credit card orders. We do apologize that sometimes legitimate cards get flagged up for this, but it is a necessary procedure.
Please could you email us a copy of the front of the credit card (please mask any of the details that you wish to except the name and last 4 digits of the card number) and the card holder’s passport or driving license to confirm the payment. Please email this to us as soon as you can so that we can finalize your order.
要我把信用卡和護照或者駕照發給他們進行賬戶確認。我就把信用卡（中間幾個數字要遮住）和身份證掃描件發了過去，而且還在身份證上面用英文進行了標示，結果還是不行：
Unfortunately, the ID you have sent cannot be read by our team.
I can see that you have added your name in English on the ID card however we cannot accept that as this is an edit you have made to the document.
Do you perhaps have any ID where your name is printed in English such as your passport?
Please email this to us as soon as possible so that we can verify your order.
還是不行，賬戶被hold了，說我中國的訂單，卻填寫美國的地址信息，如果不提供美國市民的相關證明（像去美國旅遊的護照或者駕照），我的訂單就會被process。
Your order has been held because you are placing your order from China, but you have given us a California, US billing address.
If you can provide us with any of your American citizen documents like the passport you used to travel there or a US drivers licence then your order will be processed.
看來真的是購買Justhost主機的時候，填寫的信息有問題，沒辦法，退款唄。很快，他們就回復郵件說我的訂單被取消。我也很快就收到了短信（信用卡），退款$118.80。
所以，大家現在在購買Justhost主機的時候，信息不要隨便瞎寫，最好是填寫實際信息，否則還真有點折騰。
