說說Webhostingpad主機退款

美國主機Webhostingpad，挑主機在前面購買教程中介紹過，因爲價格低廉，所以在國內用戶也不少，但是口碑貌似不是很好，主要是因爲很多站長說，Webhostingpad承諾的30天內全額退款時假的，如果你退款，他們會賴賬。挑主機也在網上找了一下，關於Webhostingpad主機賴賬之說，都是幾年前的言論了。爲了進一步證實，挑主機特意買了Webhostingpad主機方案一年（具體時間是2010年11月19日），以下是Webhostingpad發來的賬戶開通的郵件：

購買主機的時間是2010年11月19日星期五，一個星期後，也就是2011年11月26日星期五，正式申請退款。退款是先到這個地址：https://secure.webhostingpad.com/cancellation.htm提交申請，然後可以向[email protected]發一封郵件。

很快，你就回收到WebHostingPad的回信，以下是郵件原文：

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are canceling your account with us. We really appreciate your business and for choosing Webhostingpad.
What problems were you having with your hosting account? We can move you to a different server to increase your speed if you would like.  I will gladly assist you with any issues you may have and our Support Technicians are here for you 24/7 as well.

If you reconsider this cancellation, I will offer you a great deal and give you 2 FREE  months of hosting or let you try out 2 of our add-on features for FREE for an entire year. We have a great selection of add-on features from Domain Privacy, Advanced Web Stats, and Business Directory Listing which will increase traffic to your site.

I would hate for you to cancel without trying to help you out.

汗一下，相比Godaddy爽快的退款，WebHostingPad顯得有些小家子氣，還以一些額外的服務來誘惑用戶，不過，也確實有些誘惑力的。不知道說Webhostingpad喜歡賴賬的朋友，會不會是跟這個有關係。

挑主機不爲所動，回覆郵件，不感興趣，請退款。

接下來幾天，一直沒有收到Webhostingpad確認退款的郵件，還給他們發了幾封郵件催了一下，也沒有得到回覆。心想完了，估計要賴賬了……

一直等了大概一個星期（具體多少天忘記了），從信用卡賬單上面看到，WebHostingPad退款了，終於退款了！

總結一下，Webhostingpad信譽是有的，30天內全額退款應該沒問題；但是Webhostingpad退款很不爽快，而且速度比較慢，在退款期間（從我對他們的誘惑說不到收到退款），他們竟然連一封確認郵件都不發，而且對我發過去的郵件不予理會，夠狠的！
